Rob Martin, Pastor

Rob never intended to be a pastor. He graduated from Iowa State University (you'll have to forgive him) with a BBA in Transportation and Logistics. Basically that's trucking management. After working in the industry for five years, he finally started to pay attention to God's call on his life. Five more years and the whole family moves to Lawrence to get Vineyard Church going. Looking back, Rob says that he can see God calling him into ministry as young as elementary school, but resisted even at that young of an age. His training includes small group leadership, overseer (non-paid position of having oversight of multiple small groups), and completion of the Vineyard Leadership Institute [1]. Rob rediscovered disc golf in Lawrence and loves live music.

Jen Martin, Children's Pastor

Jen also graduated from Iowa State University with a BA in Interior Design. She loves kids and is very talented in communicating to children clearly so they can understand. Hey, she even homeschools her two kids. She takes breaks by knitting, reading, and digitally scrap booking.

Megan Peck, Worship Leader

Megan, having come from a musical family, started playing bass guitar at the age of 15 and guitar at 16. Shortly after this she started leading worship in various churches and small groups. Megan is currently a graduate student at the University of Kansas working on her Ph.D. in computer science. Her interests include music, cooking and baking (especially hand-made bread from scratch), computers, and playing the Nintendo Wii.
